What is the difference between a long-term rental and a short stay?
إيجار طويل الأجل are usually monthly leases of six months or more. إقامة شهرية are furnished homes with flexible 1-12 month leases and monthly pricing.
What documents do I need to rent in Guangzhou?
Most landlords require a passport, visa and proof of income or employer confirmation. We help prepare and negotiate the lease.
Are utilities included?
It depends on the home. Serviced apartments often include utilities and cleaning. Standard apartments usually separate utilities unless stated otherwise.
Can I view the apartment before booking?
Yes. Send an enquiry through the rental page and we will arrange a viewing, usually within one to two business days.
Do you help with short stays during Canton Fair?
Yes. We keep a short-stay collection near Pazhou and Canton Tower with flexible dates for trade visitors.
